Section 151
Not to desecrate or damage the national anthem, flag or national emblem

(1) Any person, with the intention of spreading hatred against Nepal or the Government of Nepal, insults the national anthem of Nepal, burns the flag of Nepal, knowingly insults it or uses such anthem, flag or emblem of Nepal in a place, object or situation where such use is not permitted from the point of view of public morality, decency or morality. (2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to three years or a fine of up to thirty thousand rupees.
